Points are earned by selling a Kverneland, Vicon or Kubota implement and ensuring it is registered for warranty within one month of the machine being delivered to the end user.
On the KvG Gold Points programme, 1 point = £0.10.

Orders can be delivered anywhere in the UK. You can choose your address for delivery when you place your order. This should be an address where somebody is able to sign for the delivery if necessary.
Delivery times will vary depending on the time you place your order. Your order is usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving a confirmation email. It can take 3-5 working days to arrive or 5-7 working days during more busy periods.

No, you are unable to check the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please either visit the Contact Us section or email engage-support@love2shop.co.uk with details of your order. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours; please be advised that our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00, excluding Bank Holidays.

If you register your Love2shop card at https://www.love2shop.co.uk you can: view your balance and activity, report a lost or stolen card and get exclusive offers and deals including e-codes for experience days or online spending.
All funds on your Love2shop card must be used by the expiry date, or the funds will be lost. The gift cards will display the expiry dates on them
Please keep the card number in a safe place, as you will need this to report the card as missing/stolen. If your card has been lost or stolen, please call the Love2shop 24/7 automated service on 0344 770 9015 immediately. There is an administration fee that will be deducted from the balance prior to the new one being dispatched. In line with the card T&Cs, please allow 10 working days for the delivery of a replacement card.
